sorry for being MIA very often..
my working life as a nurse has been HECTIC!!!
As a junior nurse really has alot to learn though..so many that i can't remember or where to start..

it has been past 5 months already..now we are in the beginning of the month of december and the end of the year of 2011..so fast untill i couldn't believe it's happening!!>.<
i still keeping my "THINGS TO ACHIEVE" list.hahaha..and i found out the facts is not every single things is going smoothly on what you've plan..LOL..many things will come out as unexpectedly and surprise your life or bug your life!!

well well well...i guess i have to start with another "things to achieve list of 2012"..i think i can do more this time as i am starting to earn now =)..
things might get a little bit smoother with money..hehe

anyway...friends..ARE YOU READY FOR THR YEAR END SALE??!!!!!XMAS IS AROUND THE CORNER!.HAVE YOU BEEN SAVED UP??!!!*well, not me coz i always spend!*

just came back from hospital, had training today on some course..kindda bored plus sleepy after lunch..
on the way back,it was raining heavily..really worried because i was wearing my favorite pair of WHITE SHOES!!!i was like SHITTTT!!!MY SHOES is going to be colored by the mud!!!!i was walking back with my friend and i told her.."we have to walk smart!!"hahahaha

anyway...with strategy way of walking..my white shoes still remain clean..=D..walk smart!!!

Yesterday went out with my friends to celebrate her birthday!!!

so we shop around and had dinner then went to watch movie.just want to be with her on her birthday..

hi peeps...here is my recent picca..SEXY!!!hahahaha..i know i know..i edited it..i can't reveal my face yet because still having eczema and pimples ..very bad redness...so didn't like to show it>.<

anyway..today is a grumpy working day..WHY???!!!kay..i am very glad to share it here..
i really don't understand the seniors who had been working for more than 5years they still acting like a BITCH!!SERIOUSLY.just because of one small bloody mistake i made.i swear it's a tiny one only..she make a BIG BLOODY FUSS about it!!!omgosh.she is a sister(assistant manager)we have 3 sisters..she is the one big ass bitch..urghhh!!!
i made some mistake on documentation which i think it's not wrong because i did it based on my assessment(that's what nurses do and what i've been trained)..she went and complaint to the boss and told her i did wrong.moreover she could proudly tell me "it's our protocol,which you can't make your own protocol" so i told her "it's my assessment, i thought it's necessary to do it"..in the end i didn't argue because that so called protocol make every nurses become robotic!!!
what if patient bleed to death do i still following my protocol..please!!!
protocol is dead!!people is alive!!
she went and complaint another matter about me too..she has too much to consider till every shity business is in her mind.brainless

when i look back on these photos, the memories of being a student as fresh as it was..

we were once difference, were from different states and had different story of life but yet we became ONE together..=)

meeting friends like you all add in new colors into my life

it had been 3months since we graduated

can you believe it?!!!!we passed our LJM.

i can still flash back all those assignments stress and with lotsa complaints, the exam, the hostel.if you named it you got it!!!

gosh..now we are working in different department, in different hospital

moving on with our life..

it's not easy..

i always tell myself..HAVE COURAGE

because LIFE IS ALWAYS about MOVING ON despite the obstacles..

i am so so happy that my family came to my place slept over...=)
and mummy cook here then we all sit down and chat along and it fulfill my heart.
The love simply overflow every burden on me..nothing is bigger than love.=)

not so happy recently...=( sad face!!!
i am under stress mode at the moment due to working in my ward..urghhh...still have tons to learn and catch up although i am doing fine at the moment..

Recently i am taking a hormone pill as my hormone levels has gone upside down and it makes me feel so uncomfortable..the side effects is even worst..
it will affect my weigh and getting depression and abdo pain as well as nauseated...i am having all of it!!!shit!!god help me~~~~except the depression part la....haih...

nothing much to update lately though..let me surprise you with this picture.

DO YOU WANNA KNOW WHERE AM I HEADING TO NOW?
hahaha...i was at kedah for a program "SIME DARBY MASUK KAMPUNG" we nurses from healthcare went along and joined the plantation group.we had fun with the ppl there..they are friendly and passionate to see all of us..though i don't speak fluent bahasa and only a few appropriate words would make others think i am a malaysians is enough..LOLS..so i am the only chnese there..seriously..the only chinese..haha.

for 3days 2 nights trips was FUN..staying in a 3stars hotel i guess..and provided everything..oh..by the way.the purpose nurses went there is to help out in health screening for the kampung ppl..=)..love to see their smile and warm welcoming.they had a KENDURI for us too..woah..first time i experienced it and used hand to eat..haha..then we had telematchsome sorts of sports thinghy with the kids.. didn't bring my camera along, was kndda lazy to snap piccas..yeap..indeed i had fun, first time experienced trip with colleague, meet new ppls around me..COOLNEESSS..

now we're heading back to KL..i think is a 5-6 hours trip..hmmm...long enough
fortunately i brought my novel and laptop along to kill the time..may sleep a while and dream on..haha..
on the highway now..the sun is shinning..and the skies is clear and blue...tress and mountains surrounding..nice view..
in these few days i am still in an unbelieving stage on a unexpected matters..of course is nothing to do with my trip but changes in my life...first is health- i've been some sort in the middle of diagnosed uterine polyps, have to go for surgery..=.=''''...will go to look for another doctor soon..
secondly is even SHOCK..haha..but its a good news and im not gonna mentioned about it when i've comfirmation..no i am not pregnant neither getting married..kay=.=..

FLASH LIGHT MAKES MY SKIN LOOKS SO SMOOTH..HAHAHA..pimples all gone!!

anyway.that's not what i want to tell you..well..let's talk about my work today..i was kindda lazy to go for work today..i dragged myself up from my cozy bed then washed up and dressed up..GOSH..who wouldn't want to stay home on the very first day of weekend!?..
anyhow, for the sake of life. i must work..lol
so today i took care a ventilated patient, patient with a long tube inserted into the lungs to helps breathing.yea..it's really really suffering because with the tube in, you can't talk or drink or eat and you must sedated..so first time hands on this kind of case was a little scary..WHY? first time ma~~~hehe
The care which i have to give is not easy..why i said so?because i went back home late due to the works..=.=''so many things to complete and pass over..
anyway, i learned plenty today so i am happy!i learned how to take blood from arterial line and how to use the ventilator, how to take care of the tube, how to make changes...haha..
my mentor praised me again. she said i am minimal supervised and i learned things fast.=D..i am just happy!!other than happy, there's stress of course..from the doctors.i am just afraid of making mistakes when writing the changes "WHAT IF" this words can really make you think alot and pull yourself back..hahaha..
i managed to followed a doctor today without my mentor ..haha..i am learning.

All in the sudden, we have a patient coded!most of the medical health staff went in and helped!(no further info for this because is P&C)
I WAS LIKE WOAH...coded!!!i wanna go in but it was crowded so i didn't wanna give troubles.hahaha..maybe next time la..

throughout these years without family since form4, alone handling things most of time..i know i gotta be strong and i am strong!!i always encourage myself!..i told myself i can do it!it's no big deal that can hurt me easily!

so i learned how to be smarter and brighter..

Undeniable that times flies and i am afraid i got left behind...
OMG..i sounds like 50 yrs ah ma(grandma)..LOL
seriously..everyday WORK WORK WORK..i almost lost the meaning of "enjoying my life"
when i was a student NURSE..i work work work too!i have no sufficient money to go for holiday, i can't work part time to earn for my extra allowance.

NO JOKE!nurse have no time to enjoy life..maybe i just started my working life..i really dunno how to enjoy my work..i am not under stress at the moment..i just don't know how to substitute my learning as in enjoyable..
Am i going to say this? "WOAH..TODAY MY WARD IS DAMN BUSY AND I LOVE IT!!BECAUSE EVERYONE KNOW WHAT THEY're DOING AND I DON'T. ha!"

DEFINITELY you won't hear this from me..i am tired if ward is busy, i have to be extra careful, extra faster, extra smarter, extra expectations..lotsa extra on every single things..

i ask myself sometimes, what's the dream that i pursuing? a busy work for a better life? stressful of everyday just to make me older and make my face grow more pimples?

I work is for the sake of better life..i am still adjusting my working life..seriously, i got tired to do things..i become lazy..hahaha....

i believe a DREAM can drive ME further..i got to have a dream!!!and i am going to work on it!!a dream that is worthwhile..a dream that i will go after without looking back.

Supposedly, i am working PM(from 2-9pm) today..when i got up at 1130 this morning, received a call from my ward. One of my senior staff asked me to take PH day off..i was blur at that time.she asked me to take my replacement of PH on 19 Aug.i don't even know what's the special day on 19 Aug..i told her "but i want to follow my mentor" seriously, i am not willing to take though, i want to learn more but since she said the ward is quiet so they alter some staffs to take PH.=/..

Haih, i should have reject her, but it seems like she wanted me to take other than giving me a choice so i said OKAY....and i wasted on of my PH and earn less for this month..maybe just a 20bucks difference but still i rather work..

yesterday, after my training day, i went to Sunway for my eyebrow trimming appointment at Shu uemura
haha..my eye brow grows really fast..anyway, it's free since i bought their products so they gave free eye brow trim and make up..
then afterward, me and vic had our dinner at Kim Gary..didn't take any pics, was hungry..=p

FINALLY...my recent picture is appearing in my blog...ONCE IN A WHILE...i got more vain pictures though but im lazy to post it up...go view my album in FB...there are plenty of ME..haha..

Andrew borrowed me his car for 3 days..i was sooooo happy plus i was night off on monday and day off today..weeee..on the first day after night shift i slept for 3hours then i got up then went to find my sista in shah alam..i miss them soooo much..i brought them out(yeap i was the driver, a brave pretty lady driving..weewit!)ahaha..was kindda nervous because no PRO driver beside me..while i was on the road,i was horned by others about 5 times.(IDK)..we went shopping at sunway then to night market at SS2.i was so happy..finally we went out together..i really miss talking with them..i bought a belated gift for my sister, Elaine.and treat them for a drink..
Today, i and vitoria went sunway again..i just cant stay at home, i got bored really easy(if i have a motorbike or a car, i will drive around, that's why my parents concern about me most of the time bcoz i am DARER!)anyway, FYI, i am already PK, no money to shop so we shop some groceries then went for a movie..ARGHH..the movie is so not worth it..one word! SUCKS!

Here goes the 48hours...=(..back to work tomorrow..i found ppl around kept discouraging me, i really enjoy my work but their experienced told me that i make a wrong choice!ARGHHH...god please gives me more strength...

Working Lif3-DAY 4

Im going to write a quick post before bed.

So when friends ask me.."How's working life so far?"

i 'll say "Well , so far so good"

lol..i think that's the best and short answer i can give..if they talk longer with me then i will elaborate my answer even longer..haha..i am talkative and rather positive.(i can't say i am a positive person as though i dun have negative thoughts, it's okay to think negative but not for too long)=)

Hmm..as i say i am a fast learner so yea, i don't encounter many problems at the moment because i have a good mentor whom will give mentorship me for 3-6 months.hehe..i thank god that he blessed me.=)..one thing i am quite worry is the staffs in my ward because i heard bad comments from others. i choose to ignore it though. not to say i don't believe what others tell me.i kept telling myself one things "i am here to work, to earn and to learn, just finish my works then go home without worries"=)..hehe..

it's only day 4....not even a week yet..let's see how god guide me =p..

GOSH!!1it's so so sooooo PAIN!!
ok..im kindda over react..but seriously it's pain.my wisdom tooth..growing half way..and it's STUCK!!arghhhh...
Wisdom tooth is no wisdom at all..=.=''sien..

FYI, today is my day off. It's SUNDAY... i didn't go to church..im tired plus the TOOTHACHE!!i feel the pain even when i try swallowing my saliva and the gum is swollen up too..>.<..

hmmm...i started my work recently on thursday, and i started on Night shift from 9pm till next morning 8am..
har!!!!what??!!!you must be tired'!!!aiyoorrr!!!..haha..i get these kinds of reaction quite often but it's my job and i got used with it already..anyway, my first night working in CCU was great!..met cool ppls around me and still in the progress of knowing the staffs..my mentor is really good, she teach me alot but one thing is working as a nurse is you've to pick up the pace, be initiative!my mentor did praise me for being a fast learner..=D..(that's not enough though, i need to be more sensitive and smarter)..hehe

so far i don't feel stress but i've phobia of talking or approaching the doctors..they are unfriendly!!T.T
i just got scared whenever they speaks..i will fled away..hahaha...as though they will cut me into half and cook me and stir me up!(okay, im over react again, it's just for your understanding of my feelings)

im still in a blur blur stage...don't get used with myself as a working adult..=.=

yesterday, my youth pastor asked me "what's the most difficult thing of being a nurse?"
so i told him " responsibility!..because taking care of every patient have different responsibility, some are critical some are normal."
then "what is the happiest thing of being a nurse?"
and i said " when a patient say thank you to me, that shows how much they appreciate me to take care of him/ her"..

im considered an emotional mankind...first day of working in my ward, i really pity the patients, i almost cry though..they can merely murmured words, they have no strength to talk..i feel like their life is almost ending for those who is critically ill and some of them just wanna take out their mechanical support and end their life..it's so sad.

Although Life is not always smooth and good to face..as a nurse, i wanna say to my patients.JIAYOU!everything is not going to end UNTIL YOU SAY SO!have courage to live!

its been a long time since my last update.=D
so sorry...my last semester of my final year drives me crazy with all the assignments, exams.Moreover, was finding houses to move out..TONS of things to do..
AND i realized i've 14 followers..=D..thanx for reading ya...sorry to say my BLOGS sucks because i did not update for a long long time.. haha..

so i moved out and stay some where at Subang area..ermm..not a good place to stay..Planning to move out soon if we found a house to rent...anyway..let me tell you about my "working life"..
well, i was put in CCU(critical care unit or coronary care unit)..i was so so so happy when i got the news. It was one of my choice.thanx god..
.currently, i am still attending assimilation talk. it helps to prepare the "fresh meat" before entering to ward...so i will be start my work on 21st.i am so nervous, need time to adapt the new environment, i am no longer a student but officially a staff of my company, responsible for the patients, especially the the patients with "heart" problem...

i just turned 21st on this 7th June. the first year of my 20s..woah..sounds legal enough..LOLs.

So on that day i drank alcohol..hahahaha..at "station one" la....not in pub or club...

i got camera, handbag, earrings, "21"key necklace for my birthday and OH..god blessed me with GOLD CLASS movie tickets....=D it was so great!!! My friends gave me a surprised dinner.
EVERYTHING WAS GREAT WHEN YOU TURNS 21YRS expect your getting old..HAHAHA...

i got pictures but due to the internet coverage here is real sucks as usual so i can't upload it...may be next time..

seriously, some people really does pissed me off!!

firstly, i was really worry about the apartment( there's something we need to settle between us and the owner)
Following the same day, a girl pissed me off by not getting in the van because the driver will not go unless everyone who stays in CP gets in!..The driver already asked her to but she was pretending she didn't hear a word!!i was rather upset!
SO i got down the van, i shouted "can you just get into the van?you think everyone gonna wait for you!i don't have the patience for that!princess!!" i know i was rude but can't compares mine with her..she started it...

another thing is ppl who's being NONSENSE and thinks everyone will RESPECT her since she elder than anyone...what happened was we both entered the lift..and i only pressed my floor not hers.she looked so upset because i didn't press for her.i wanted to but i forgot her's floor and seriously i wasn't happy already plus i was mindful! she stunned and look at the number and quickly pressed before reach my floor..and she said "PHEWwww.thanx god i pressed"..i was like "huh?, you actually waiting for me to press for you?or you said these words is to make me feel soooo bad?" well, you mess with the wrong girl..i purposely kept quiet because i don't have to use my common sense to teach her..
so here's the common sense when you enter lift, you will AUTOMATICALLY press your own floor..you don't wait for stranger to press for you or your friends!such a princess...gosh *eyes roll*

i am glad I'd overcome the fear of driving a car..lol...i am definitely a legal driver with a driving license..kay..just that i don't own a car which mean i seldom drive. i only drive when i am back to my hometown, a small village..lol..imagine, driving in a place where most ppl ride a motorbike as their most convenience transport..o_O..lol..yea.my village is petite and FYI, i do have a motor license!hehehe...im pretty sure that my parents don't make used with my motor license.=.=''..they're afraid whenever i request to take a ride to buy something, in the end my dad will always be gentleman enough to take over my favor as his..=.=.alright alright..let's not bark about it..my parents has traumatized with the cases that was happened in my village, girls fell down from motor and got lacerated skins and motor hit by a speedy fast car(sad)..bla bla bla..i can't blame them for worrying..

so car is the win win for both of us..
i can drive safely and comfortably in my villlage area ONLY!!..i did requested to drive to seremban but my dad ignored me..oh well...

i do drive my friend's car in KL..from shah alam to pj (that's all i know)..ha!i guess that's how i slowly overcome the fear of driving and boost up my confidence...lol

haha...really didn't know how to responded my mom though, so we remained silence..hehehe

so..dear friends who were still in shock that i am SINGLE..please don't be..all i wanna tell you all is..love is not everything, it doesn't give me money to use or food to eat or even clothes to wear..i am still living my daily life..you might think i took my relationship too easy..whatever you wanna think i am...thanx for your warm regards.=) i appreciated it..
of course i am okay but everything takes time to settle..that's all i can say..

Don't ask why we broke up(lol..sorry it's not for you to know),we were deeply in love,planned for our future...all i can say is everything is not how we expected..we tried..we make effort..but if things doesn't work..Unexpectedly we both back to single life..that's life with love..love is unbelievably random...

relationship starting with your"oh so called first puppy love" or "oh myyy i am so in love" or "i can't live without him/ her" or "he/ she is my RIGHT one..affirmative" LOL..whatever it is, if you name it you got it.
i've been through 2+1 relationships..and i found my "LOVE DEFINITION" in every relationships...to be honest it's not easy..these broken relationships will make either one of us loses trust with their future one..so don't take love(as in finding your right one) for granted..you will never know how fragile either heart is...that's why i said love is unbelievably random..

yesterday i got my results...GUESS WHAT..i passed!!!..i give all the praise to the lord..he is great!!=D..
PLUS i got 3.75 pointer in my final semester6...walao...that really gave me a SHOCK!!!
i told my sister this...
"jie..i am so happy..how on earth i got this high?"
"yea..yea...don't be proud of it" she said
"nooo...certainly i am not"

"well..you know why am i shock?because i never got 3.5 or above and that's the funniest part of it.." i laughed out loud...hahahahah

anyway..i thanx god i passed my in house final for the both paper as well as my final exam for semester 6..
there were many failures in our class..so my happiness didn't last long though..it's a real hard time for them..they got to resit again in order to go for the government exam and to become an official staff nurses..

i got plenty to prepare though..need to work hard for my last final..lol..then i will end my college life=.=''

seeing a truth, no matter it's a good one or bad one..life still going on...i won't look back because there is plenty of incomplete mission and great lots chances waiting for me.i store the good truth in my heart and store the bad one as my memories..because i won't want the bad truth to hurt my heart.=)

Next exam is on monday, paper 2..really nervous because don't know what to expect in the paper..aiks..and i don't feel like to study now..may be later.

today my parents came to visit us( it's like a prison in here, yes i mean this college, the hostel currently i am staying). They brought home cooked food =D (yeap, everyday, i mean EVERY SINGLE DAY i had malay food, i ate every dishes they have in the menu =.='') you see? i was so excited to eat home cooked..LOLz..

so we went to sunway for a walk...and HERE'S THE MAIN POINT AFTERALL! which is i met one RUDE woman!ridiculous AUNTY! the pathetic stranger!>.<

i and my sister was at the cashier after we bought our grocery. and the Staff usually will ask for jusco card (i have it but it's expired) so i said i don't have. then there's one woman who's was in front me and she already paid for her things. she gave her the jusco card and without my permission the staff load MY POINT into hers..
i was stunned!!!and pondering a while...i was thinking "DID SHE JUST DID THAT!!!"...
I AM SOOOOO UPSET.. i wanted to ask the woman to gave my point back but it's too late. so i asked the staff." DID YOU JUST LOADED MY POINT TO HER WITHOUT MY PERMISSION?!DO YOU KNOW IT'S NOT FAIR FOR ME?!AND THAT WOMAN IT'S RUDE TO DO THAT BECAUSE SHE DIDN'T ASK ME.WHY DIDN'T YOU?!"
She quickly said sorry sorry sorry...i was so upset at that time.my face turn so "DULL"...man...i really wanted to write a comment for jusco..ARGHHH!!!but my parents stopped me!...

i was so angry...soo sooo sooo angry not because of the point.it's nothing for me but please.

Today after sunday service,i was just got my butt off the chair and pastor amos called me and fei yi...so we went out, he asked us to meet the girls who were there for first time...i was rather happy to meet new friends and hopefully they can join us in youth service too...

i didn't know why, when i talked to them i just can't get the words RIGHT!!! so pai seh...
i tried my best to talk lor..was avoiding the "cold situation" though...>.<...
so ya...only me talk talk talk...and i want to lead her to believe in Christ...hai...not easy mann....seriously needs to brush up my skills...so pai seh o~~~~~hahahahaha...
i really didn't know what i was talking about..
brother Enoch gave me some tips to lead these people..hehe..thank you..=)..i will do my best next time...

i didn't expect the place was crowded with people, every booth was filled with people, ordering, buying, bargaining..i was so happy..all the effort and tiredness had gone when i saw the outcome! tomorrow will be last day, there are another two people came to registered from me!..=D

my BORED-ness is due my workload!!!MAKE SENSE?=.=''have pity on me....

my stress level is upgrading since the first day of sem6...i know i know...complaining assignments again...what else to say!?...i am trying my best to look all at positive side until today our tutor announced that our government exam LJM had brought forward to MAY!omgoshhh~~~~it's INSANE!!!why the hell did this to the student nurses...sob sob..see?my stress level is upgrading gradually..

In this semester, we have to complete a nursing research which is 70% of exam..O_o!!!
moreover, i will be the leader without voting!!oh my~~why am i kept taking up leader position, i tried to say NO!but they insist!! Today, during the discussion, instead of i talk somebody else talked more than i do! i was like,"hello, i am the leader"..can you let me make everything clear before we going to the topic! i am not being MEAN here, just that i had been "so call trained" as a leader previous semester..i think i have better idea on how to sort out the problem and organized here, so everybody can understand the objective!
so i asked her "Do you want to be the leader, i think you have more idea and better understanding than i do"(no doubt, she does have lotsa idea,talkative than me!) she rejected!(DAMN!i was trying to push the position to her though,hahaha. i have to admit i need some peace of mind.Trial failed)

Writing up make me feel more relieve...lol..writing every thing up!!!complain and more complaining..still give thanks to GOD he make my heart and mind feel peace most of the time...

i dance i rejoice today =)in the presence of Lord and angels

its January..hehe...from 2010 to 2011, from 0 to 1.
my Youth Pastor, Pastor David said its a new beginning that god had promised for us, a great breakthrough year.i am HAPPY! because our CF is going to have a great breakthrough for GOD!AMEN!

From 0 to 1 is really meaningful, he said is from nothing to something, according to the mathematical formula is a great beginning of the numbers!!! i was stunned with what he said...it's so true...it's real..from nothing...to one...there's something..isn't great? our CF is from nothing, god is going to make it to become something...AMEN!

i pray to god for the faith that he is going to give to my team, i pray that everyone has the passion for god! FAITH means seeing no problem=) and believe that things has already DONE in the name of jesus!=D

I know i have been rather stress lately, i have too many to thinks and to organize since i took over the position as a president of CF, the group leader, the CFO in our RFC. Moreover, the exams and assignments is driving me CRAZY! shouldn't i be stress meh? LOL..DO YOU KNOW WHAT IS THE GREATEST CREATION ON THE EARTH? the BRAIN!!!it tells you what to do all the time!!! be STRESS now!, be HAPPY!!now cryyyyycryyy!!hahah...be smart!!think think think!!!grrrrrrrrr...so in the end you said omg...the workload, the peoples! the exams!!!why why whyy..i hate this or that...in fact, its all cause by the brain!!lol.

Do you know how do i overcome these things? i just got the "light bulb" today..heheheheh

so from today onward,i will give myself a try to have faith in god!see what he can do for me!=D

We were in church!!=D..actually,our youth prayer night falls on every Friday, coincidentally 31 Dec 2010 is on Friday, what a blessed day!so we spent our time in church praying from 10pm till 12am! THE COUNT DOWN WAS FUN!we sing we rejoice! really Exciting what god will do in year 2011 in our nation, our church, in our life. a great BREAKTHROUGH of 2011!..guard yourself!=D

i bet all the places, around the world. No matter your at home, shopping mall, on the street, in the club, in church or any happening area! Peoples are exciting for the new year to come!count down really makes my heart beats go fast when looking at clock! we CHEERS, SCREAM OUT LOUD HAPPY NEW YEAR!WE GIVE FREE HUGGIES, OR SHAKE HANDS with people you don't know just to wish them or bless them!
Although i am rather stress for this year because its my final year of nursing, the last semester which leads my working life. hmm..i would say i am rather stress sometime, kindda, sorta or VERY stress..emotional changes
does affects me! Moreover, i promise myself i want to complete god's will this year in my christian fellowship! we got a few plan already, thanx god for the wisdom, the people, the blessing!i really thanx god he comfort my heart yesterday, he told me "do it for me, i will make it happen"..i was like "just like that?", i keep cried while i was praying, i seriously got touched that how god had been through with me "i am not alone", the more i pray the more i felt that i'm getting tinier, because what it will be done for god is just very small thing in his eyes, if i have FAITH in him then i will not be stress or afraid anymore..i will JUST DO IT! amen!

SIMPLY because it is what players AIM for! its meaningless if you happily play soccer on the field and kick it around without SCORING it! just imaging you kick without a GOAL, kick it to people's BUTT a..hahah..

so now you understand what i mean? GOAL for my year 2011.if i don't have more than one or two.my life is surely hanging in the mid of the time..GOAL is the beginning of my life.i need goal to motivate me!

so i am going to list down~~~~~~~

its 1:11AM, i am still awake so i decided to write something for today..seems like the life's pace is moving faster.i was out with andrew in sunway, he had his nice hair cut(i love it) and i went around searching for stuffs on lists.i bought all things which i wanted to buy and ended up make him waited me for 30mins and he was panicking because he couldn't reach me.LOL..pity him..Around 1130pm, i came back to college and find my sister to have a chit chat till 1230am (still he waited me to call him)..

me and my sis had a long chat though, we talked about everything, and cheer up each other...seriously miss my family now, sorry that i can't go home due to the events in church.=) so yea, we were talking about how people actually treat each other, what are the perspective i have changed to others who hated me or loved me..YOU ALWAYS CAN'T JUDGED ITS BOOK BY ITS COVER! people tends to believe in whatever they heard from others rather believe in what they see with their own eyes..

Frankly speaking here, i am a really simple girl, i treated everyone the same with my sincere heart, but i know things always happened in different way. some people will dislike me, they get jealous because of YOU ARE BEING YOURSELF?!...still people back stab me..talks bad about me. I know, it is because when i worked with some colleagues which i don't used to work with, they avoid me, they look at me as if i must be avoided or what..these are things i have observed nowadays.TO BE HONEST, i don't care, i am living up my life here, if you don't like it then get a life..i still treat you as one of my friend no matter what because i am that simple,others just like to complicated my life with WORDS such as gossips! i do need to convince you how good i am because i don't live for you.i stand for my own, my personality, my perspective! i am much confidence that someday you will get to know me as who i am instead of who i was being talked about..
Life is all about learning, it depends whether you want to grow up, no one will push you throughout your life, it is yourself to reach the top!do not think about compete with others when you can't get over yourself..

having tooth ache now!!PUT THE BLAME ON MY WISDOM TOOTH!
i just don't understand why it take so long to come out! having difficulty to chew!so i had porridge for my dinner..SAD++ .

Anyway, i just want to share something here.=)
these few days, i met quite a few of "ang moh" from UK.They speak with their "uk" accent. its kindda funny though, because its been a while since i last speak with uk accent.=)
i still remember the first time i came back from uk and i spoken with that accent, no one understand, either do i understand "malaysian" English accent though.LOL..especially when i was in class!i DON'T UNDERSTAND A WORD of what the teacher was teaching, i kept asking one of friend to explain, she even have the doubt whether i am from UK or what..LOL..the word i pronounced was really different.I miss those days, and i miss how i speak with UK accent.No offense on malaysian accent!its great and unique though! i love malaysia=)

My first learning english was in UK, talk with the people who don't even recognize your culture or language.it's really difficult to learn, to start a new life, new friends.it took me 2 years to adapt when i was in uk.SOOOooooooo why wouldn't i miss speak with UK accent.=D
The most important thing i would never regret in UK is i acknowledged my Savior, jesus christ, he makes my life perfect!

its 1233am.The reason that i am still awake is i am tidying up my room.Kindda fed up that each time i see a messy table, full with STUFFS!I have already packed 2 big boxes and a few of small boxes with all my stuffs put in the empty room!!its all the rubbish i brought from home and accumulated since Sem1, 2008.

I am trying my best to reduced the wasted in my room.things just doesn't work out in a tidy way all the time,my time always ended up in tidy up =( seriously fed up, i am not DIRTY..kay!! AND I HATE TO BE ONE...I hate to admit that i am a messy person but i don't like it>.<..always ended up tidying up.

I should stop buying clothes and stuffs!My wardrobe is overflow!my table is full with stuffs!and down of my bed is full with shoes and boxes of books!

its certainly is an excuse that if i complain i have a small table and a small wardrobe.Why others can keep their things or arrange their stuffs so systemically .I NEED HELP HERE...i think it will take me 2 days to finish up all the works!

argghhh.....Exam tomorrow..frankly speaking, its really hard to read back all the notes.Its been a while that i was posted in hospital and i feel lazy to study..really lazy...its time to face the music, gotta study real hard to get good result, i do not have high expectations in my studies but i certainly know that i will try my very best.

AIKS!!!AGAIN!!accident always happened on my RIGHT leg!NOW i already had 3 scars on my right leg plus the new one i got!

T.T.T.T.T..i burned my leg by accidentally "BBQ" my skin on the motor bike pipe..(i duno what it called)..and got blister!!!damn pain lor~~

can't blame myself to be clumsy because i was trying to balanced the motor bike..almost fell =/

So my mum bought me two boxes of green tea.it's came with a package with a free vacuum flask=)..so yea. i got a PINKY ONE!...i should have asked her to get me RED one...oh well, pink looks funky too!=)

Actually,i got to know from one of my friend that green tea helps to get away pimples!!!!!OHMY GOSH!!!(i was like im so going to drink GREEN TEA!)

FYI, i had pimples face since i was in secondary=(..and it give me scars and bla bla bla..it never gets better by using different brands of cleanser, despite the cheap or the expensive one,, my face still popping out with lotsa pimples!=/.. my mum does spent over thousands on my face plus treatment..(thanx mum)

i always wish for a clearer skin..which babe doesn't want to be pretty????
anyway, as you can read, i have been trying out with so many products on my face, and the effectiveness is slow and i thought it might be due to my internal instead of external factors..

Broga Hill Trip on MERDEKA's DAY!

GOOD MORNING PEOPLE!!on the 31st of august,our Malaysia independence's day. We had plan to go for hiking in Broga Hill..=)

As you can see from the picture above, it was MORNING!!woke up in 3am and then meet up with the group at 4am..Goshhh....so sleeppppyyyy...damn sleepy..so i thought of sleep in the car so i brought along my cuddly patrick =)

in fact, none of us know the way of going up to broga hill because all of us assumed that he know, she know, in the end no one know the place lor =____________=

Still we make it to Broga Hill!!it was 5am
my face still look sleepy=.=ZZZzzz

ALOTS of people were there too!met some friends up there too.asking the same question!

I must be HONEST with you!it was my first time going for hiking!MAN!!i didn't know it was that hard + tired + sweaty!

Recently, my heart and mind was troubled.

i was having doubt about why people doesn't treat you as the same way you treat them?
its like when you treat them good, they just doesn't like to think that you are always good and concerns about them..all are slefish

in my life, i am too busy to pleased people just because i am too afraid to hurt them and forget what am i..who am really are...its confusing, cheating myself..

i don't want to make you happy just because i have pity on you...i don't wanna compromised, why the hell i wanna make myself so tired.

why do i wanna cheat to myself for making you happy and then i will feel sad and depressed for the rest of days just because i did what is not right for myself?it has totally ruin my days..

i don't deny that i am good but when i turn red then others would think i have "emotional problem or watsoever"

all the time i was live to please others but in return they show you faces!

i hate maths i always do because i am not smart enough to do all the counting..(ten fingers and ten toes should be enough)..ha ha ha

STILL i got an A1 in my spm and my parents thinks that the examiner must be something wrong or BLIND..(lets say its a MIRACLE in my life, i thank god for that) =D

now you see?my maths is SUCKS! i also thank god that he allow mankind to invent a thing called "the calculator"..are you having the same feeling as i do too? LOL..

i will thank god for everything even though my past has never been perfect but he has heal it!he retrieve back my REAL life by his precious blood.

i know i am not perfect but he still embrace me with his LOVE..
when i have that love, i know i have peace,i am unique,i am precious and i am forgiven=)

FYI, i've posted in the hospital at PJ just for a week

the hospital is T.H.O.N.E.H(we called it as thoneh thoneh thoneh)TUN.HUSSEIN.ONN.NATIONAL EYES.HOSPITAL..

now you got it?=)hehehe

anyway, this is my 3rd day posted there.

rather BORED though...=/ because we couldn't do much things there since we are from other hospital therefore priority no for us plus we have to be extra alert and careful with what are doing, we might get complaints if we did something wrong or even behaviors seems to be inappropriate to them..(lol..who knows)

so yeah, there are 4 main areas for our students to go
1.ward
2.OT(which we sit in the AV room to watch the operation)
3.clinic
4.out patient department

very boring lor~~~~>.<

today i was at OT room, sitting there from 8am till 4pm...SIEN!!

so i slept for more than 2hours...just sleepppppppppppppppppppp..hehehehehe
=p

all of us was complaining of tiredness!(i swear there were nothing to do !)still we complaints of tired!

most of slept at the AV room during break time..hahahaha
ZZZZZzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzZZZZZ

may be we've got used to our hospital with all the works plus the rushing time..so when we have nothing to do we either eat or sleep

that's all nursing about..hahahaha

quite true that why we have gained weight as we entering each semester=/

all the time i sign in into my blog, and i thought of should i write something?post something up?

but what can i write?

recently has alots of things in my mind...alots of dilemma, confusion and random mix emotional every day..it could be the person around you or your best friends or some one who close to you or a stranger make you had this kind of feeling.

most of the time, we might have these feeling(don't deny).we could be happy and sad at the next moment...i always encounter such problem...i didn't mean i am such a EMO-ish girl or like to follow my feeling to do things..

i always told myself this "FEELING is not a FACT!"

So when i troubled my HEART..I told myself this "jess, get it straight, don't complaint, don't throw your emotional out!"

i clearly understand that every day i do encounter problem, i might get upset, sad, jealousy, pride and so on (whatever you might think of)

BUT I CHOOSE NOT TO LET MYSELF DOWN!
i CHOOSE to be happy, i CHOOSE to get rid of that feeling!i CHOOSE to LOVE, I CHOOSE to say "i am okay"

because i have a choice =)..and you too!

SHAKE IT OFF what turns your face down..CHOOSE what make you happy..you don't have to follow how it feel sometimes IF that things make you feel like SHIT! LOL

man...it was totally out of principle..i cant get used with the time, and i feel kindda unwell that day and also gastric!!!
by the time i reached back home, and it was already 530am..MAN!!i have class at 8am..and gotta get up at early 7am..certainly, not enough time lor~~~but i still treasure the ONLY an hour halfZZZZZzzzzzzzzzzzzz...i was FAST asleep!!!
Thanx to the world cup final!i GOT fever today, severe headache!(i refused to eat panadol because i hated it!).in the end, i still had 2 panadols which forced was by my room mate..hahaha

back to the point...i believe most of us was sleeping early and get up JUST TO WATCH the final!!
it was awesome!!!I supported holland anyway..they got skills compared to SPAIN!!!=P

sadly, the fact is spain scored one at the additional times so i called it a LUCKY GOAL!!!!
whatever the results is..holland did played a GOOD GAMES!=D

yesterday, me and my bf with friends went to PJ, forum19 to watch the game!!!
walao..it was over crowded with people as well as car..
me and my bf reached there 1230 just to get a nice view..it was already FULL with supporters!!!!good thing is, some of my friend already booked the seats at early 10pm!!!

i was busy with my new semester and previously was A4J and then church event and also went back hometown for holiday but i didn't spent my entire holidays at hometown..i told you, i was BUSY!!!

Sorry for not posting about my CAMP coz all in sudden i have IMPULSE to write about NURSES..

many times, when time flies and you doesn't count. I always think back "why the hell i choose NURSING?"

its a TOTALLY torturing career. you'll get scolded, pressured, extreme tiring, have great responsibility ETC..

and time flies~~~~~~my semester 4's life is ending, final exam is finished!

Entering into my last year diploma and into sme5 make me nervous and afraid! i feel that i am not QUALIFIED yet to be a nurse!!I AM SO NOT READY! (people who doesn't treasure time like me will not learn much thing) don't worry, i guarantee i am still a GOOD nurse though

I always thought that its just a diploma, all about passing your exam only and learn things that tutor teaches!(for MOI is no extra works!)..
its not enough!is it too late for me to work more harder?its already my last year..(yea...going to be~~)
Nursing is all about knowledge and experiences!..no jokes around.
WE nurses are so knowledgeable!

All the ah pet(old man) and ah ma(old lady) thought nurse no need to study, they say nurses only help to wipe their ass and clean them, EVEN Dato say next time hire NURSE at home instead of maid *furious*(just because you don't know doesn't mean you can humiliate nurse)

they cried and they appreciated!
when they need help all the time, i will certainly try my best to do so!
they say thanx to me millions times which console my heart =)

You don't need an INSTINCT to become a NURSE because deep inside everyone's heart has LOVE and EMPATHY so share it and spread it!

okay...i should post some pictures of COMMUNITY HEALTH NURSING.
FYI..we work in clinic and go to school give health education and go for home visit for mothers and new born babies.

as you can see, i am the only chinese in this group of my friends..LOL
the only one do not know how to speak Bahasa and also don;t understand Bahasa much.=.=''
they like to teach me and tease me at the same time.biasa already

anyway, today we went to secondary school to give physical examination for the form3 students and also observes the nurses to give immunization..
so bored to observe lo because i want to give injection for them but not allow

Yello~~~sorry for not updating my blog recently..

Im a busy person..hahaha..O_o!!

If im not mistaken i took my H1N1 vaccine last friday and i was SERIOUSLY SICK..man~~~

well, the nurse told me is normal to have fever, bodyache, nausea, giddiness O_O!!(depends on individual immune system)

and in FACT i am WEAK one..sick until now T.T

and i was chosen to be a TL(team leader) for my CHN(community health nursing)'s group.=.= i hate to be one because the tutor expect me to do something that i don't usually do and she also expect i am a knowledgeable student *angelic look*which im totally not!LOL

okay...no pictures yet for this post...coz need to clear up some virus and re arrange my files in laptop..everything is in a mess..

sometimes i am really speechless~~really speechless..i dunoo what to say therefore im SPEECHLESS~~~and i dunno how to tell and explain..YES AGAIN i am speechless..i am upset..damn speechless..do not know how to be frank or shud i inteperate in other way? I am so so so speechless..if i SHUT UP! then i will be more upset and then i will be panic then the less speech i will say..O_o(i wrote these on FB too)

sigh...you know couple usually would have quarrel or some couple would have some sort of so called "cold stage" or aint saying anything at all..

no one understand..

aiya...im not sad...just that i really don't understand why guys are always have 0% of sensitiveness a..(at least my bf improve already)haha
they only sense your "mood" or "feeling" anyhow

sometimes, i feel like i am expecting too much..am i being bossy and selfish? i wanted my bf to become my "mind reader"

my days in CCU

Miss my blog so much!

it's been two days since i posted in CCU and i have to admit that i was so blur in the first two days.The nurses there are totally PRO!

They practice the different care given to patient compared to the general ward.(much more INTENSIVE care!).Moreover, the patient at CCU needed closely monitoring!

i see different thing in the CCU and i also have lotsa opportunity to learn!=D
I LOVE LEARNING especially during practical.

One or two patient are usually assigned to one nurse at CCU and which also mean i follow one nurse and assist them.hmmm..

First day~~~~

i was assigned to one patient who was TIL(terminally ill) .The patient blood pressure was decreasing and urine output was getting lesser. This signs and symptoms shows that this patient is going to deceased in any minute. Sigh, it was sad to take care this kind of patient though because i can't give much consolation to her family and only can give FULLY and PROPER care to the patient before she "go". it's SAD! and she passed away on Tuesday morning..sigh..

Second day~~

hmmm...i was still in blur though=.=''..can't get used with the environment and the place, and also with the machine (you tell me, how to manipulate it?eh?) LOL
It was a BUSY BUSY BUZZYYY day...>.<'''''''''''''
man..i was running around helping the staff nurses..totally knackered!
sponge them, feed them, observe them, turn them, talk to them..
walao~~
never mind of that la..at least i got a procedure to do..hehe..which is insertion of Nasogastric tube for a patient..ho ho ho..
before that,me and my friend have tried insert the tube into our stomach for each other.
One word to say, suffering..i know how it feel..

long story short it..the end of the day was TIRED..haha

3rd day~~

as usual helping staff nurse.
got a chance to do another procedure, insertion of a tube into urethra into bladder to drained out urine.hehe
it was successful though..=)

Conclusion is that i found that working in CCU is really fun, i learned alot and i get a chance to apply my knowledge which i don't used to have it in the general ward..

im happy coz im learning!=D

tomorrow will be afternoon shift, that's why you still see me staying up late writing my post..

THANX to you all who read my blog and being supportive

my BLOG now officially earning money(after blogging for so long)..LOL..its increasing

although its not much but its still a good start and i am SUPER DUPER happy because i did not expect that i will earn little, give thanx to god.LOL

Tomorrow i will be working in CCU(critical care unit)..wish me the best and will pray for the patients who is poor in physically and spiritually.

hmm..where to begin my word?..

mmm...i am having period pain..still in the processing of losing blood.HA!..I may get a CHECK UP coz the pain is unusual.

okay..lets begin with my work in ward.

MANY confused patients and also patients in depressed..god bless me!

u know?!..they are so confused, slap nurses and say foul words..

i tell you one of the confused patient i met..

"popo a...here is hospital o! you are SAFE here, no fire"

"eh eh...popo, don't take off your clothes a!!" (>.<)!!!naked!

"doctor coming later a, put your clothes on, malu o~~~" eventually, i got scolded because she say im talking nonsense! (HELP ME!!)

i am not in the psychiatric ward..so im still fine because i was getting little irritated by her coz SHE DON'T LISTEN! my goshhh...i even got scolded IF I DON'T FOLLOW her WORDS!

you can't tell whether she is confused or not, sometimes i am CONFUSED too~~~

she is smart enough know what we are trying to do to her but then she tell other things..walao~~

she asked all of us fold the blanket and roll it then fold it again then put at end of the bed..O_o..i wonder~~~hmmm

GUESS WHAT!...she think she is packing and getting away from the fire..i was like *fainted*

man..how many time i told her its the BLOODY HOSPITAL..i wanna cry already because no one can actually bare with her though, im the one who spent longer time in her room..seriously pity her, family not around too!..sigh..

i try to soothed her down coz she get angry and shout if we try to oppose her and not follow her instructions..=.='' so i pat on her chest to calm her down, then she kept on talking...suddenly, she shout at me "are you listening??!!!!why keep patting on my chest!??"

T.T.T.T.T.T.T.T~~~~mummy aaa~~~somebody please help..is she CONFUSED?

i give her drink and she push it away and tell me its not her thing..

so i told her.."popo, its mine things, my water, now i give it to you..come drink" and she drank...

pity her la...she has difficulty in explaining and we have difficulty in interpreting, she was almost cry...

we all have to answer her questions tomorrow morning...argghhh!!torturing!today afternoon shift and tomorrow MORNING!just imaging la...nurses life are "memang" like this..

somehow, i got my period(complicated la)...was in PAIN while i was working...no ENERGY coz losing blood!LOL
